Postpartum Group: 5:00-6:00 PM

Pregnancy Group: 6:30-7:30 PM

Insurance & Reimbursement
We are an out-of-network provider but can provide a superbill upon request. Insurance reimbursement is not guaranteed and varies by plan. It is the participant’s responsibility to determine whether their insurance will reimburse for a non-clinical support group. Payment for the series is required regardless of insurance outcome.

I am encouraged to share only what feels safe and appropriate for me, and I respect that others may choose to participate in different ways.I understand that this group provides peer support and educational guidance and is not a substitute for medical, mental health, or therapeutic care. I agree to take responsibility for my own well-being and participation.I understand that this group is intentionally inclusive and welcoming. BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ pregnant and postpartum parents and birthing people are encouraged to join and share their lived experiences. This space welcomes open, respectful conversation about the joys and challenges of pregnancy and parenthood, including how these experiences intersect with race, identity, gender, sexual orientation, and other meaningful aspects of identity.By signing below, I agree to contribute to a community grounded in respect, care, confidentiality, and inclusion.
