1. All regular daycare clients must drop off for daycare no less than 2 days per week unless previously discussed with the Kennel Manager.
2. All payments are due at the time of pickup.
3. Daycare packages are only available based on approval from the Kennel Manager. These approvals are only given to current Hospital clients and require a daycare trial to ensure the pets are a good candidate for daycare.
4. In the event that your current daycare pet passes away and/or you add a new additional pet to the family your new pet will be required to have a trial prior to approval to join the daycare list per the Kennel Manager. If your new pet is not approved and/or does not pass the trial they will NOT be allowed to attend daycare.
5. Repeated “no shows” for daycare may result in removal from the daycare list and a loss of the guaranteed spot for the pet to attend regular daycare.
6. During holidays where our boarding is full daycare may be closed to any pet who is not boarding. These dates will be posted and you will be notified in advance when this occurs.
