AGREEMENT

The company above hereby contracts for space (s) at FIESTA MO SA USA 2026 to be held at the Osceola Heritage Park (Exhibition Building), 1875 Silverspur Lane, Kissimmee, FI. 34744 on Aug 1, 2026 as follows:

RULES AND REGULATIONS OF FIESTA MO SA USA 2026

This page must be signed by Exhibitor as part of the Exhibitor!s Contract

• This contract shall be deemed dated and become effective as of the date signed.
• Exhibitors and vendors are responsible for tables and chairs or rent from the venueOHP ($20 per table, & $10 per chair) or you can bring your own.
• Once, the contract signed, Fee's are non-refundable.
• Exhibitors and vendors set up time from 6:00 am to 10:00 am on Aug 1, 2026 the day of the event, Doors open at 6:00 am for vendors only
• Food vendors are required to use vinyl or rubber gloves when handling food.
• Tobacco, illegal drugs, obscene materials and violence are strictly prohibited.
• Electrical outlets are not provided. Use of electricity shall be charged depending on the voltage used.
• Handy fuels or warmers are allowed if placed under a chafing dish, no propane gas or open fire are allowed inside the venue.
• Fully cooked food is expected to be served.
• Cleanliness should be maintained, garbage should be properly disposed.
• Food vendors should inform customers if monosodium glutamate is used or any other ingredients that are in question.
• Food vendors are not allowed to sell soda or water because of the buyout concession, but you may sell ethnic drinks.
• Exhibitors and Vendors should not hold OHP and Fil-Am Movement Inc. liable for any misuse, fault, accident, and any negligence caused by exhibitors, vendors, participants, audience and customers.
