    PLEASE NOTE: Please allow at least 5 business days for us to review your request. Filling out this form does not guarantee that your order is accepted. All orders are subject to review and approval. Official confirmation will be provided if and when the request is accepted. If your order is approved, you will receive a quote and next steps. If we’re unable to accommodate your request, you will be notified as well. Thank you for your interest!

    By submitting this form and placing an order with G’s Sweets and Treats, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

    1. Custom Design Understanding
    • All treats are custom-made and handcrafted.
    • Reference images are used for inspiration only and are not guaranteed to be exact replicas.
    • I have clearly communicated the quantity, theme, color palette, design preferences, wording, shapes, and any exclusions for my order.

    2. Artistic Interpretation
    • G’s Sweets and Treats uses artistic judgment when creating custom treat designs while staying consistent with the details I provided.
    • Minor variations in color shades, textures, decorative details, spacing, and placement are normal and expected due to the handcrafted nature of treats.

    3. Client Accuracy & Approval
    • All information I provided — including spelling, numbers, colors, themes, shapes, flavors, and design exclusions — is accurate and final.
    • Changes requested after approval may not be possible.

    4. Order & Payment Terms
    • Once I receive a quote, my order is not confirmed until a 50% non-refundable deposit is submitted.
    • Any remaining balance must be paid in full before pickup or delivery.
    • Late pickups or deliveries will be charged a $5 per hour late fee.
    • Orders more than 3 hours late will be automatically canceled with no refunds.
    • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled date to receive a partial refund if the full balance has been paid. The 50% deposit remains non-refundable.

    5. Design Satisfaction & Communication
    • I agree to contact G’s Sweets and Treats directly if I have any concerns regarding my order.
    • I understand that differences based on personal preference are not considered issues when the agreed-upon design details are followed.

    6. Home Bakery & Allergen Disclosure
    • I acknowledge that all products are prepared in a home bakery and are not subject to state or local food safety inspections.
    • I understand that treats are made in a kitchen that may contain common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.

    7. Agreement & Liability Acknowledgment
    G’s Sweets and Treats is not responsible for:
    • Any damage to treats after pickup or delivery
    • Delays caused by the client or third parties
    • Allergic reactions or ingredient sensitivities
    • Variations in color, design, or details from reference images
    • Any changes or adjustments requested after the order is finalized

    • I understand that all treats are custom, handcrafted, and artistic, and that minor variations are normal.
    • If the treats are mishandled, damaged, or altered by me or anyone receiving them, full responsibility lies with me.
    • I understand that G’s Sweets and Treats is under no obligation to fix, replace, or refund any order due to client mishandling, dissatisfaction based on personal preference, or natural variations.
    • I confirm that I have provided accurate information regarding the order, including quantity, colors, theme, wording, shapes, flavors, and spelling.
    • I have read, understood, and agree to all terms in this agreement, including deposits, cancellations, and late fees.
