RULES OF THE FACILITY No chewing gum anywhere in the facility• Change shoes and skates in the locker area• All persons renting skates will be required to wear socks• For your safety and security, lock all coats, shoes and purses in lockers. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.• Toe stops or plugs must be worn on all skates that have a place for toe stops.• No sitting on the walls, counters, or table tops anywhere in the facility.• All food and beverages must be kept in the concession or party seating areas.• No food or beverages, including alcoholic beverages, may be brought into the facility.• While skating: No pushing, playing tag, chain skating, or stopping at any time on the skate floor.• Hats and head scarves are not permitted to be worn on the skate floor.• Cell phones, mp3 players, cameras or other hand held loose objects are not allowed on the skate floor while skating.• Reckless or inconsiderate skating will not be tolerated.• Anyone wearing skates is not permitted to carry a child.• If you are pregnant or have a serious medical condition that may be aggravated by exercise, please do not skate.• Profanity or foul language is not permitted.• We reserve the right to check all bags. (Entering and Exiting)• Before leaving, please tuck the laces inside the skates and place the skates on the rental counter.• All skaters must complete and sign a skate waiver

Skate Lesson Rules
RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT. V In consideration of being permitted to enter, observe, use, or participate in activities at the property, facilities, premises, equipment, programs, and services of Isaiah 58 Skate House (hereinafter referred to as “Isaiah 58 Skate House”), including but not limited to its owners, members, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, insurers, contractors, landowners, landlords, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”), the undersigned skater or spectator (“Participant”) hereby agrees as follows: 1. ASSUMPTION OF RISKParticipant understands and acknowledges that roller skating and related activities are inherently dangerous recreational activities that involve known and unknown risks, hazards, and dangers, which may result in personal injury, permanent disability, death, or property damage. These risks include, but are not limited to, collisions with other participants, spectators, staff, walls, railings, equipment, uneven surfaces, falls, or the negligent or intentional acts or omissions of other persons.Participant voluntarily and knowingly assumes all risks, both foreseeable and unforeseeable, associated with Participant’s presence at or use of the facilities, whether skating or spectating. B2. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITYParticipant hereby fully and forever releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to Participant’s use of or presence upon the facilities, including the use of skates, rental equipment, or other property, whether caused by the negligence or fault of the Released Parties or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.3. MEDICAL REPRESENTATIONParticipant represents and warrants that they do not suffer from any medical, physical, or mental condition that would prevent safe participation in skating or related activities, or that would be aggravated by such participation. Participant acknowledges that Isaiah 58 Skate House has not provided medical advice and assumes full responsibility for determining their own fitness to participate.4. COMPLIANCE WITH RULES AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTSParticipant agrees to observe and comply with all posted rules, verbal instructions, and safety directives issued by skate guards, floor supervisors, or management. Participant agrees to immediately stop skating and notify management if they observe:Debris, liquid, food, or foreign substances on the skating surface or facility floors;Reckless behavior, prohibited skating (including backward skating during public all-age sessions), skating in the wrong direction, or unsafe conduct;Any other dangerous condition or activity.Participant agrees not to resume skating until the issue has been resolved.5. INDEMNIFICATION AND ATTORNEYS’ FEESParticipant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees, court costs, and legal expenses) arising out of or related to Participant’s actions, use of the facilities, violation of this Agreement, or failure to comply with posted rules.If Participant files any lawsuit or claim in violation of this Agreement, Participant agrees to be financially responsible for all legal fees and costs incurred by Isaiah 58 Skate House in defending such action.6. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND VOLUNTARY EXECUTIONParticipant acknowledges that they have read this Agreement in its entirety, understand its terms, and understand that by signing this Agreement they are giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue. Participant affirms that this Agreement is executed freely, voluntarily, and without coercion, and is intended to be a complete and unconditional release of liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.7. SEVERABILITYIf any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
