Pick-ups are between 3:45 to 4:00 pm. Please do not be late when picking up your child. We offer post-care from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm for $40 per week. If you have not signed up for post-care, fee of $2 per minute will apply to pick-ups after 4:30 pm.

Please state the days you would like to sign up for. Also state if you would like pre-care and/or post-care. Daily rate is $55 per day. Pre-care is $10 a day and post-care is $10 a day.

Submitting this form does not guarantee you a spot as daily registrations are subject to approval based on availability.

An invoice stating the amount due will be emailed to you within 2 business days. Payment in full is required to confirm registration.

Daily spots are fully non-refundable and non-transferable.

I understand that my spot will be held for 3 days after submitting the form. I also understand that my spot will be given to the next person if I do not pay in full within the 3 day period.

The total amount on this form reflects the weekly rates only. If you selected both weekly and daily options above, you will be sent a separate invoice for the daily rates.

Refund condition

The request for a refund must be made in writing by emailing us at littleladybugscamp@gmail.com. Last day to request a refund is 3 weeks before the start of the camp week you paid for. A $60 administrative fee applies to all refunds. No refund will be issued after the above mentioned deadline. Camp fees are non transferable. No refunds are available for missed days. Payment must be made in full to attend the camp. We reserve the right to cancel any program, a full refund (including the administrative fee) will be provided if a program is cancelled from our end.

I give permission for Little Ladybugs Camp to take my child on walks to nearby areas, picnics, parks, or other suitable places for their age group. I acknowledge that engaging in indoor and outdoor activities carries inherent risks and consequences. I release Little Ladybugs Camp from any responsibility for any harm, injury, or damage to my child or their belongings resulting from their participation in these activities.
