  • PERSONAL ASSISTANT (PA) TICKET

Festival goers unable to attend the festival without the support of a Personal Assistant (PA) or Carer and have the +1 symbol on their Access Card or digital “Bloodstock” Access Pass can request an additional standard festival ticket at no extra cost.

We ask that only festival goers that would be unable to attend the Festival without the support of a PA / Carer apply for the scheme.

PA tickets are provided with the understanding that the PA is willing and able to assist the access customer with the access application process (if required), as well as throughout their entire stay at the festival.

PAs must arrive and leave the festival with the accessible customer they are supporting and must be able to perform all requirements as needed by the access customer, including assistance during an evacuation or other emergency.

Due to limited capacity, this scheme is run on a first come first served basis.

The PA ticket scheme is only available to paying ticket holders. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult to attend the festival.

Children under 16 who have a +1 symbol on their Access Card or Bloodstock Digital Access Pass (DAP) will receive a free child ticket. However, their parent or carer must purchase a full-price adult ticket. If a child’s Access Card or DAP indicates +2, the second adult in attendance, as an essential companion, will also be entitled to a free ticket.

  • ACCESSIBLE CAR PARKING

If you are not bringing a car, please skip to the bottom of this section and select No Parking Pass required.

There will be a £15 parking charge for all accessible car parking passes. We will send you a link to pay for your pass once your application form is approved. Blue badge holders can park for free, but you will still need to apply for your parking pass. Only 1 parking pass will be allocated per accessible patron.

  •

     ACCESSIBLE OVERFLOW PARKING PASS

This pass allows you to park your car in the accessible overflow car park, which is about 900 metres from the site entrance. It also allows you to come and go each day with your car.

There are 2 courtesy shuttle buses available to take you from the overflow car park to the entrance if you are unable to walk there. This is subject to availability. These are standard 17-seater minibuses and are for the use of accessible patrons, their PA/carer and Guests.

Please note: the shuttle buses are not wheelchair accessible and they do not have access ramps or specific wheelchair storage. If you are a wheelchair user, please make sure you have selected ‘yes’ to the first question in Section 2, and we will issue a Pick Up / Drop Off Vehicle pass so that you can be dropped off and picked up at the main entrance close to the Accessible Box Office.  Once you have been dropped off, your vehicle will need to be parked in the Accessible Overflow Car Park.

  • If yes, please make sure you have requested an overflow parking pass in the previous section. There will be a £15 parking charge for all accessible car parking passes. We will send you a link to pay for your pass once your application form is approved. Blue badge holders can park for free, but you will still need to apply for your parking pass.

  • If you wish to amend your booking once you have submitted your registration form, please email disabledaccess@bloodstock.uk.com.

  • CHARGING FACILITIES

There will be limited charging facilities at the Festival Information Tent in the main arena for those who need them. This is subject to availability.

  • ACCESSIBLE TOILETS

This year, all accessible toilets will be locked with RADAR padlocks. This is to ensure the facilities are protected for those who need them. Please bring your RADAR key with you to the festival if you have one. We will have a small number of RADAR keys available onsite for those who need them. You can borrow a RADAR key for a £10 cash deposit from the Accessible Box Office at the main entrance.

  • There is a RevoLOO unit in the Acessible campsite which is a specially adapted vehicle for those requiring more specialist assistance. These units are all fitted with a lift to allow easy access inside the pod, a height adjustable changing table, toilet with grab rails, motorised hoist, hot water, heat, and plenty of space for users and their PA/carer to move around. This will be open from 10:00 until midnight every day.  If you are a day ticket holder and need to use the Revoloo Unit, please inform the staff at the Accessible box office window when you arrive and they will issue you with an Access wristband to enter this campsite.

For more information on the RevoLOO go to: https://www.revolootion.org.uk/

  • ACCESSIBLE VIEWING PLATFORM

These raised platforms are solely for festival goers that need to be seated to be able to watch the performances, plus one accompanying person. You will require an access lanyard to access the platforms. The viewing platforms will get very busy so they can be overwhelming for people who find crowded spaces difficult.

  • SAFE ZONES

This year there will be two Safe Zones directly in front of the main stage viewing platforms that will be protected from the crowd by MOJO barriers. The Safe Zones are ground-level areas that are for festival goers who may find crowds overwhelming, or may otherwise need to be separate from the general standing area, plus one accompanying person. You will require an access lanyard to use the Safe Zones.

  • ASSISTANCE DOGS

I have the ‘Assistance Dog’ symbol on my Access Card or free digital Bloodstock Access Pass.

  • MEDICAL

Any medical waste can be disposed of at the Medical Welfare tent in the main arena. If you need special storage or refrigeration, this can also be kept at the Medical Welfare tent.
