OXFORDSHIRE BUSINESS AWARDS 2026 NOMINATION FORM
For 30 years the Oxfordshire Business Awards has been recognising, rewarding, promoting and celebrating the success of Oxfordshire businesses. If you would like to nominate a business for consideration in the Oxfordshire Business Awards, please fill out the entry form as thoroughly as you can. It is important to ensure that the nominated business is aware of your intention to put their name forward before you submit your nomination.

You will be able to return to a part-completed Nomination Form at any time so long as you save the Form as you go. An email will be generated and sent to you containing a link enabling you to access your Form at any time.
