Thank you for your interest in Sandheya's photography SUNFLOWER FARM MINI SESSION.This is an outline on what you can expect before,at and after your session!

Prior to your session - Once you choose time slot ,booked your appointment and make the payment, I will confirm your appointment via email or text message . I will also share the address and instructions for the session.

During Your session- you will receive 30 minutes of photography time. Please arrive on time. If you're late, I would have to reduce time covered and/or the number of pictures. Unfortunately for late show money cannot be returned back too.

After your session - Five business days(weekday) after the session, you will recieve an email with a link to a password protected private album listing 15 edited pictures from your session. You can then download the pictures from the album. If you wish to process the remaining pictures in the gallery I can do it for an additional charge of $8 or buy the entire unedited version of the gallery you can do so for an additional charge of $30.You will only have two weeks to download your pictures, after which the gallery will expire. An additional fee of $20 is required to reactivate the gallery.

Terms and Conditions

MINI SESSION FEE: The mini session fee includes 30 minutes of the photographer's time and talent at the location of choice selected in the form, and retouching of your final images. Full payment of the session fee is due at the time of booking and guarantees your appointment time. Session fees are non-refundable except under certain conditions given below.

PAYMENT: Sandheya's Photography shall reserve the date and time agreed upon, and not make any other reservations or accept any other clients for said date and time. For this reason, in the event that the client cancels the contract (session) for any reason, all monies paid shall be retained by Sandheya's Photography in order to offset its loss of business.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: If inclement weather or other adverse conditions prevent the session from meeting the photographer's artistic standards she may elect to reschedule. RAIN DATE AND LOCATION WILL BE AT THE CHOICE OF THE PHOTOGRAPHER. If the client does not want to participate, the client can opt for a refund of 80 % of the session cost

FAILURE TO PERFORM: If the photographer cannot perform due to illness or emergency, the session will be rescheduled. If a reschedule cannot be obtained client will get a 100 % of the refund. The photographer will have no further liability to the contract. This limitation on liability also applies in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the photographer.

COPYRIGHTS: The photographs produced by Sandheya's Photography may not be reproduced in any manner without explicitly written permission.

DIGITAL FILES: The CLIENT understands Sandheya's Photography still owns the copyright to all photos that are placed on for digital download. The photos must not be edited, cropped or change in any way without written permission from Sandheya's Photography. Photos are to be used for personal use only. The CLIENT accepts all responsibility for archiving and protecting the photographs.

MODEL RELEASE: I hereby give Sandheya's Photography the irrevocable right to use our pictures, including minor children's portrait, or photograph in all forms and in all media and in all manners, without any restriction as to changes or alterations for advertising, trade, promotion, exhibition, or any other lawful purposes, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the photograph(s) or finished version(s) incorporating the photograph(s), including written copy that may be created and appear in connection there with.

LIABILITY RELEASE : Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business
