Thank you for your interest in volunteering for BEASTLY 26, this amazing event couldn't take place without people like you! We are predicting to welcome in excess of 1,700 young people to BEASTLY 26.

This form will allow you to sign up to various parts of the event from the main event through to the social.

We'll ask for some details about you, dietary requirements and any additional needs you may have, along with the opportunity to purchase event clothing if desired.

Each volunteer should complete this form, you cannot register multiple volunteers in the same submission.

We expect this form to take around 9 minutes to complete.

Thank you for getting involved with BEASTLY. This event couldn't take place without the hundreds of volunteers that get involved.

There are 4 parts that you can sign up to as part of this form - you can select them all or just a single one.

	The BEASTLY build starts on the Wednesday before the event, if you can help with a few hours one evening or on our main build day Friday 8th May, then please choose this option. We'll ask later about your availability.
	The main event on Saturday 9th May is what it's all about! We ask every adult attending the event to register using this form. We'll ask a little later in the form what you'd like to be doing.
	Once the day of fun is over and the participants have left site, our volunteers are welcome to stay for the 'after party'. It's a social occasion, with or without camping where we'll have some food, some music and networking. There is no cost for volunteers to attend this, we just ask you spend a few hours on Sunday helping us pack up before leaving. You can also bring your family along too.
	Once it's all over the site comes down very quickly, the more hands the better. If you can pop back and help take down then please let us know by selecting this option.

PAGE CTRL: Social Attendance
Our volunteer social is a great opportunity for us to relax and socalise with other volunteers. If you have been volunteering during the day or as part of the build team, then this is free of charge for you to attend and we'll provide your dinner.

If you are attending the social only there is a small charge for this part of the event. £10 per adult which includes dinner and optional overnight stay.

You may also bring partners, other adults along at the same cost. Under 18's are permitted but they remain your responsibility at all times during the social/overnight event. There will be alcohol during this portion of the event.

All adults staying overnight will require a Scouting disclosure in place. A member of the team will help get this in place if required. If any additional adults are volunteering, please ask them to register seperatly so you are not charged.
