Booth Approval & Refund Policy | All vendor applications are carefully reviewed to ensure alignment with the Venice Love Fest and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Venice Love Fest reserves the right to decline or cancel any vendor application that does not meet these requirements. In the event an application is not approved, any deposit paid will be refunded promptly.Once a vendor is approved and payment is confirmed, all booth purchases are final and non-refundable. Vendor fees are non-negotiable and will not be refunded under any circumstances, except in the event that the festival is cancelled.
