Visitors understand and agree that participation in a tour at the Sioux Falls Area Humane Society is voluntary and undertaken at their own risk. SFAHS assumes no responsibility or liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the tour. By clicking “Yes,” you acknowledge that you intend to be legally bound, on behalf of yourself or your group, as well as your heirs, executors, and administrators. You agree to release and hold harmless the Sioux Falls Area Humane Society, including its officers, directors, and staff, from any and all claims or rights to damages arising from injuries or illnesses sustained by you or your pet in connection with or incidental to your volunteer services.
