Next Gen Audio Camp

Next Gen Audio, the youth division of Northern Lake Audio, will help your aspiring voice actor dip their toes into the world of audiobook production.

The Audiobook industry is booming and the need for well trained voice actors continues to grow. We know the information for young voice actors is sparse, and even more so in our rural area. Because of this, our goal is to build up and train the next generation of aspiring voice actors.

Cost: $250

Class Dates: June 3, 10, 17, 24. Recording dates will be in July

Each aspiring voice actor will receive a pre-program package with everything needed to take notes and prepare for the program along with a custom tshirt to show off their work with the program.

The program will consist of 4 weeks of group zoom lessons and coaching with award winning narrators. Students will also receive 1 one-on-one coaching session to work on specific areas. The program will conclude with your aspiring voice actor recording a short story in a professional recording studio with guidance from our professional narration and post production team. This anthology will be made available through Audible and other retail sites.

At the completion of the program, your aspiring voice actor will gain confidence in their acting skills, learn the audiobook production process from start to finish, and receive a digital and physical copy of the group production.
