In this role you will
- Build compelling business cases using data, models, and strong business logic

What we are looking for
- A minimum of a degree in Business, Economics, Math, Engineering, or related field is required. Candidates with master's or PhD qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
- Above-average academic performance (GPA/transcript required)
- A genuine passion for data, analytics, and problem-solving.
- Analytical mindset with a strong sense of curiosity and logical approach
- Strong quantitative reasoning skills and proficiency in Excel
- Clear communication and storytelling ability
- Willing to work hard (typical hours 9am–7pm with occasional overtime)
- Bonus: Exposure to SQL, PowerBI or equivalent skills welcomed but not required.
Compensation
- Starting annual salary ranges from $80,000 to $120,000, depending on experience, qualifications and expertise. Health, vision, and dental benefits are included. Compensation is reviewed regularly for equity and fairness, with a clear path to $140,000+ in five years through promotions and performance-based growth.
- Fusion also offers company stock options or purchase of company shares to employees.
