You are responsible for all medical expenses incurred as a result of your participation. 4. **Rules and Regulations:** You agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the tournament, as communicated by the organizers. 5. **Publicity:** You consent to the use of your name and likeness in promotional materials related to the tournament and the associated YouTube channel.
