• Artist Agreement & Artwork Submission Instrucitons

  • Thank you for your interest in participating in the Wilton Women's Week Art Show! Please follow the steps below to complete your Artist Participation Agreement and submit your artwork images.

     

    NOTE: You can submit three (3) large pieces and up to five pieces of art if they are 18" X 12" or smaller.

  • STEP 1: PROVIDE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION

  • STEP 2: PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ART

  • STEP 3: UPLOAD IMAGES OF YOUR ARTWORK

  • Please submit three (3) images of your artwork that meet the following requirements:

    • File Format: JPG (JPEG) Only
    • File Name Format: Artist First and Last Name - Artwork Name - Size - Price
      • (example) Pablo Picasso - Guitar - 16 x 20 x 2 - $700
    • Image Quality: High-resolution, clear, and well-lit
    • Content: Only the artwork. (No watermarks, text overlays, or frames unless part of the artwork)

  • STEP 4: REVIEW THE ARTIST PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

    There is no fee or charge for submitting art.

  • This Agreement is entered into by and between The Pride Center at Equality Park (“The Pride Center”) and {name} (“Artist”).

    1. Purpose
    The Artist agrees to participate in the Wilton Women's Week Art Show in support of The Pride Center by donating a portion of the proceeds from the sale of their artwork.

    2. Donation Commitment
    The Artist agrees to donate ten percent (10%) of all art sales generated in connection with Wilton Women's Week Art Show to The Pride Center.

    3. Payment Processing
    All sales of artwork covered under this agreement shall be processed through The Pride Center’s payment system. The Pride Center will collect payment from purchasers and remit the Artist’s portion of the proceeds (90%) according to its standard payment schedule.

    4. Use of Funds
    The donated portion (10%) will support the programs and services of The Pride Center.

    5. Artist Responsibilities
    The Artist affirms that all artwork sold is original work and that they have full rights to sell and reproduce the artwork as needed for promotional purposes related to this initiative.

    6. Promotion
    The Pride Center may promote the Artist and their artwork in connection with this fundraising effort. The Artist grants permission for the use of their name, likeness, and images of their artwork for promotional purposes related to this initiative.

    7. Term and Termination
    This agreement is effective as of the date signed below and remains in effect until the conclusion of the agreed-upon event or program, unless terminated earlier by mutual written agreement.

    8. Independent Parties
    Nothing in this agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the Artist and The Pride Center.

    9. Governing Law
    This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

     

  • STEP 5: SIGN THE ARTIST PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

  • By signing below, you agree to the Artist Participation Agreement above and that participation in this event is strictly voluntary. Artists are solely responsible for their artwork, including delivery, display, sales, and retrieval. The event organizers and venues will provide promotional and marketing support only and assume no responsibility for the handling, care, or sale of artwork.

    Neither the event nor its venues shall be held liable for any loss, damage, theft, or incidents of any kind involving artwork. By signing below, you agree to release and hold harmless all participating venues, organizers, participants, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from your participation in this event.
