STUDENTS MAY SUBMIT UP TO A TOTAL OF FOUR ARTWORKS FOR CONSIDERATION. Student will have to fill out the form for each work submitted.

Once you hit the submit button you will receive a thank you notification. Please print this out and tape it to the back of your artwork before dropping off the artwork to your faculty. Thank you! (If you were unable to print the form out, please go to your email and print the confirmation email to use instead.)

Is your work available for Purchase by Parkland College? By checking the "yes" box, I agree to allow my work to be considered for a Purchase Award. If selected, I agree to sell the artwork to the college and become a permanent part of the Parkland Student Art Collection. The college will pay $50 for photographs and $100 for paintings/drawings/other 2D work. (Due to storage space constraints, at this time, the college cannot purchase 3D work).

I warrant that I hold the copyright to this work and grant permission for posting it in Parkland College's SPARK (institutional repository), or have the approval of the copyright holder to do so, and agree that it may be made available to the public in any format in perpetuity. I also agree that SPARK may make and keep more than one copy of the work for purposes of security, backup, preservation, and access. 2. I warrant that the posting of the work does not infringe any copyright, nor violate any propriety rights, nor contain any libelous matter, nor invade the privacy of any person or third party, nor otherwise violate SPARK policies. 3.
