Members of our Neuro SIS committee in acute care, subacute care, outpatient, and in the community will discuss the challenges and opportunities of helping reunite our clients with their cherished occupations in each setting.

 

The goal is to promote collaboration about how we can provide a rising tide of success for our clients as they transition through the continuum of care.
