What we are looking for
- A minimum of a degree in data science related programs (e.g. Math, Engineering, Science, Statistics, Finance and more). Candidates with master’s or PhD qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
- Above-average academic performance (GPA/transcript required)
- A genuine passion for data, analytics, and problem-solving.
- Strong programming skills in Python or equivalent languages
- Experience with data visualization packages such as Streamlit, Plotly etc. is a plus
- Proficiency in SQL and database management
- Experience with data modeling, and machine/deep learning techniques (AI/ML experience is a plus)
- Natural curiosity and strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present technical insights in business/end-user context
- Willing to work hard (typical hours 9am–7pm with occasional overtime)
Compensation
- Starting annual salary ranges from $80,000 to $120,000, depending on experience, qualifications and expertise. Health, vision, and dental benefits are included. Compensation is reviewed regularly for equity and fairness, with a clear path to $140,000+ in five years through promotions and performance-based growth.
- Fusion also offers company stock options or purchase of company shares to employees.
