  • Ø  Return policy: Once delivered and accepted, responsibility for storage and damage transfers to the customer.

    Ø  If products do not meet customers standards in taste, texture or flavor, percent of deposit will be refunded on a case by case basis with return of product only.

    Ø  Deposits: 50% deposit required on all orders of $/50 or more. Remaining balance due at time of pick up/drop off.

    Ø  No refunds for orders cancelled within 3 days of the due date; store credit may be issued.

    Ø  Delivery: $8 within a 10-mile radius, $15 outside of a 10-mile radius.

    Ø  Orders placed within a 3-day due date may not be accepted and/or will inquire a 20% fee.

    Ø  Design changes must be finalized 3 days before the event including flavor changes.

    Ø  No-Show/Late Policy: Pickup and delivery times must be strictly adhered to. If no one is available at the agreed-upon delivery location and time, the order will be returned to my home after 15 minutes of waiting with no communication, and a re-delivery fee of $15 will apply or pick up will be at my home.
