📌 PROGRAM REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Program Overview 
Navigator Intensive  is a 12-week, cohort-based professional development experience for coaches committed to deepening presence, ethical discernment, and culturally responsive practice. The program is aligned to the 2025 ICF UPDATED CORE COMPETECNCIES and  ETHICS.

This program blends live workshops, structured peer practice, and reflective integration to support coaches in moving beyond performance and toward sustainable, human-centered coaching mastery.

Navigator INTENSIVE is designed for coaches pursuing professional growth, advanced practice, and credential readiness.

Includes:

• Live Workshops: 18.0 hoursClosing Circle: 1.5 hours
• Ethics & Credentialing Mindset Lab: 1.5 hours
• Structured Peer Practice Labs: 3.0 hours
  Peer practice labs are completed independently between workshops and include required reflection logs.

🤝 PEER PRACTICE REQUIREMENT
Participants will complete three structured peer practice labs during the cohort.

Each Peer Practice Lab Includes:

30 minutes coaching (Coach A → Coach B)
30 minutes coaching (Coach B → Coach A)
Reflection and learning log submission
Peer practice sessions are self-scheduled with another cohort participant.

Navigator LIVE is designed for:

Credentialed coaches (ACC, PCC, MCC)
Coaches preparing for credential advancement
Coaches seeking deeper ethical, cultural, and presence-based practice
Coaches committed to reflective learning and professional integrity
This is not a beginner or skills-only training.

📜 COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS
To receive a Certificate of Completion and CCE documentation, participants must:

Attend at least 4 of the 5  live workshops (or review recordings if applicable)
Complete all three peer practice labs
Participate in the Ethics & Credentialing Mindset Lab
Attend the Closing Circle
Submit required reflections and attestations

Adaptive Coaching beleives in equiable access to knowledge and skill. We provide two scholarship seats per cohort.

Refunds & Transfers 
No Refund Policy
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for any program, workshop, mentoring, or digital services, including cases of non-attendance.

Transfer Policy (Service Credit)
If you are unable to participate after registering, your payment may be transferred as credit toward another Adaptive Coaches™ service, when applicable (e.g., workshops, mentor coaching, supervision, or future cohorts).

Transfer credit terms:

Credit may be applied at applicable rates at the time of transfer (standard pricing applies).
Credit can be used toward eligible services only and may not be exchanged for cash.
Transfers must be requested in writing.
Transfer credit must be used within 12 months of the original purchase date
.
Program Changes & Scheduling
Program dates and facilitators may be adjusted if needed to protect quality and participant experience. Any changes will be communicated promptly.
