Celebration Rules
- Setup begins at 10am
- Displays, items for sale and giveaways are required to be of an environmentally themed nature
- Balloons, plastic bags, styrofoam are not permitted
- Vehicles not permitted on the field
- Tent / display breakdown cannot begin until 4pm
