How to Use This Order Form
Please follow the steps below to place your order:

Step 1 – Select your screen requirements
Choose the screen size(s) you wish to hire.

Step 2 – Select your mounting method
Choose between the various floor stands, a wall mount, or legs for a table top.
Note: If selecting a wall mount on a shell scheme, please ensure your stand builder reinforces the wall accordingly.

Step 3 – Add any additional items
Select any accessories or additional equipment required.

Step 4 – Add your Discount Code
Enter the code 'early bird' to receive your discount (available 30 days before the event opens).

Step 5 – Enter your invoice and contact details
Provide accurate billing and contact information to ensure smooth processing.

Step 6 – Review and Submit
Carefully review your order, accept the terms & conditions, and submit the form.

Once the form is submitted, a member of the Modus AV team will contact you to confirm your order and arrange for an invoice to be sent.

Screens

If your screen is to be wall mounted, a suitably re-enforced structure is required. Please select 'wall mount' from the list below, and be sure to order an infill or reinforcement panel from your stand builder (this must be done in advance). A free media player is included with all modus screens, ensuring your videos will play on a loop without any text appearing. An HDMI cable will be provided to connect to your laptop, but please remember to bring any adaptors needed to connect to HDMI.

At every event we attempt to offer the best value for money. In the unlikely event that another supplier offers the same equipment and service (delivery, installation, on-site support etc...) for a lower price then Modus will offer to beat that price.

Retail prices quoted are for the duration of the exhibition and include delivery, collection, installation, on-site support and de-installation.
Modus Assurance will be charged at 15% of the rental charges.
A surcharge may apply if equipment is ordered close to start of event.
All prices exclude VAT at the prevailing rate and orders are subject to availability.
Your order is not confirmed until payment has been settled.
