Group Technique Class

 

Group Technique Class (6 yrs and Up): Saturdays, 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Possibly a few sundays)

Cost: Venmo/Check price - $25 Per Class / Cash Price - $20 Per Class

How to Pay:

Cash - After submitting this form, please have you or your student bring in cash payment before date of class.

Check - After submitting this form, please have you or your student bring in check payment before date of class.

⚠️ Heads Up: Payment must be received at least 24 hours before class. To keep our Zoom rooms organized, students without payment by then won’t be admitted into class.

When you are ordering the Travel Kit - https://www.itsbodybreaker.com/store-bodytechmethod/p/travel-kit (which is recommended if this is something that your student would like to continue doing) you will be asked to pick your option on a few things.

Sock size - XS or S

Hybrid Resistance - (this is the strength of the foot band)

Minis (6yrs to 8yrs) I would recommend the Red (Easier) or Green (A Little Harder)

9 and Up I would recommend Green

Straddle Band Preference - Minis 6yr to 8yrs I would go Pink unless your student has used a Red one in Class before. 10 and Up I would go for Red.

It is not mandatory for students to have these materials; however, to get the full benefit of the class, they are highly recommended. The class curriculum is built around these materials, and without them, certain exercises may feel incomplete or less effective.

Not sure about future dates yet? No problem — you can return and submit another form when you’re ready.

I am so excited to start this journey with your student! For my Minis (Age 6 to 8yrs) I do recommend a parent be near by for their first class incase they need help with setting up bands. I can't wait to see you all in class!
