    Please read the following details carefully before submitting your application for consideration as a vendor at the Findings Market 2026 Spring Fair.


    Key Information:


    Application Deadline: All applications must be submitted by Friday, February 20th. Late applications will be moved to the waitlist.
    Acceptance Emails + Applications: Notifications of acceptance will be sent out between February 1st to March 7th. Please note that submitting this general application does not guarantee acceptance. If selected, you will receive an acceptance email along with a follow-up application to confirm your participation and submit your booth payment.
    Waitlist: If you do not receive an acceptance application by March 7th, your submission will automatically be placed on our waitlist. Due to the volume of applications, we are unable to respond to every application individually.
    Rolling Acceptance: Applications will be reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis between February and March. While acceptance is not first-come, first-served, applying earlier may increase your chances. We carefully curate a diverse mix of vendors to ensure a balanced event, so some product categories may fill up faster than others.
    Late Applications: Any applications submitted after the February 20th deadline will be automatically moved to our waitlist.

    Jurying Process:


    Findings Market is a curated fair featuring a mix of independent designers, makers, creatives, and curators across a range of product categories. When reviewing applications, we consider:

    • Design & Creativity
    • Skill & Craftsmanship
    • Technique & Originality
    • Price Point & Quality


    In order to maintain a diverse range of vendors, we select a balanced number of participants across product categories, meaning some categories may close for new applicants faster than others.

    Acceptance is not guaranteed by submitting this application.

    If selected:

    • You’ll receive an email with acceptance details and a link to confirm your spot.
    • Booth payment is due within 48 hours of receiving your acceptance notification.
    • If payment is not submitted in time, your spot will be offered to the next applicant on the waitlist.

  • If your application is accepted, you will receive a link to select and purchase your booth space. No payment will be required until you are officially accepted.

    Booth locations will be assigned based on our curated layout for the event, which spans across S. Oak St. and Ventura Coast Brewing Co. (VCBC).

    Please note the following -

    Food & Pantry Products: Only ‘ready-to-eat’ food vendors and pantry product vendors will be placed in the food court area. Pantry product vendors may choose to reserve a booth outside of the food court if preferred.
    Booth Space Details: All booth spaces are raw spaces—this means no fixtures, tents, electrical access, or Wi-Fi will be provided. You are responsible for providing your own booth setup, including tents and other display equipment.

  • Pilot Program for Spring 2026: Wholesale at Findings Fair


    We’re excited to share that we’re exploring the addition of a wholesale component to Findings Fair, with the goal of officially launching the program this Spring. As a first step, we’ll be piloting this initiative at our Spring Fair and are currently gauging interest from participating vendors.

    Our vision is to create new opportunities for our community of talented makers, designers, and artists to connect directly with small shops and boutiques—starting regionally here in California. By facilitating thoughtful wholesale relationships, we hope to help intentional, well-crafted goods reach more customers through aligned retail partners.

    This is not a shift into a traditional B2B tradeshow model. Rather, we’re creating a curated space for fellow retailers to discover inspiring independent brands, source unique products, and build meaningful relationships with creatives. At its core, this initiative is about supporting small businesses on both sides of the table and amplifying the value of working with independent, one-of-a-kind brands.

    This concept is led by Whitney, founder of Findings Market, who brings a unique background spanning both retail and wholesale. Prior to launching Findings, Whitney worked with MAGIC Las Vegas, one of the leading U.S. trade shows, and later played a key role in revitalizing the LA Textile Show. As both a shop owner and event organizer, she brings a deep understanding of how to thoughtfully bridge the gap between independent brands and boutique retailers—and how shops can source special goods that keep their shelves as unique as their communities.

    We’re excited to begin shaping this new offering and would love to hear your thoughts and gauge your interest in participating in the pilot. For now, this program will be offered exclusively at the Spring Fair, allowing retailers to buy for Summer and/or Holiday 2026 and place orders in time for peak seasons ahead.

    This is an outdoor event, and it will take place rain or shine. Please plan accordingly for weather conditions.
    No Refunds or Credits:
    Once accepted and your booth is reserved and paid for, no refunds or credits will be issued if you withdraw from the event or are unable to attend after confirming your participation. Please be sure of your availability before submitting your application.
