Working Bee 2026 - Feb 15th

(updated date due to previous weekend is long weekend!)

If everyone has one small job, we can get it done quickly and easily!

Encouraged that minimum of 1 person per team from Junior, Youth to Seniors to volunteer.

Bonus: A free hot (yes....coffeeeeee) or cold drink for everyone!

All cleaning equipment will be provided on the day. We ask you to bring your own pair of cleaning or/and gardening gloves.

If you have any old newspapers or cloths for cleaning windows please bring!

What jobs are we needing to be done?

INDOORS

Indoor window cleaning

Thorough cleaning of chairs & tables

Cleaning and wiping down kiosk (with guidance of kiosk coordinator)

Cobweb cleaning in changerooms & clubhouse

Wipe down medals & trophies & shelves

Sort Club Storage Cage

Clean Disabled toilet

Clean Referee Rooms

OUTDOORS

Outdoor window cleaning

Gardening/weeding

Pressure clean/wash indoor of changerooms

Wash down grandstand seats & dug out seats

Pressure clean paths (Final job: 12pm - 1pm)

On arrival at Kelvedon, at the time you select below, there will be a list for you to select what you can help with. We ask you to choose 1-2 things and once you have completed that task or as many tasks as you can help with, you can head off.
