Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Roberson Museum's 25th Annual Wine & Food Fest! This event gives local wineries, restaurants, breweries, and everything in between the opportunity to show off their product to more than 250 guests from the Southern Tier and beyond.
What you need to know:
- There is NO TABLING FEE for this event.
- Vendors must provide free samples for approximately 500 guests.
- Vendors are permitted to sell additional product if they choose. Roberson does not take a cut of any sales made.
- Vendors are expected to be at Roberson Museum on the day of the event no later than an hour before the event starts to ensure timely set up.
- If you are bringing non-alcoholic beverages please note that you must provide your own cups to serve them in.
NOTE: VENDORS WHO REGISTER AFTER APRIL 8 WILL NOT BE FEATURED IN PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS, INCLUDING THE EVENT PROGRAM.
