    SPECIAL AUDITION DETAILS:

    Please note our Community show is open to all ages 7+. 

    College Theatre Students unable to attend our In-Person auditions may submit via video. Please see the Summer Stock page on our website for details. 

    Auditions will be held on March 19th-20th at Thunder River Theatre Company and March 21st at Roaring Fork High School. 

     

    LOCAL AUDITIONS:  

    Please prepare a 16-32 bar cut of a contemporary musical theatre song.

    Please bring a recent headshot and resume.

  • Rehearsal and Performance Dates and Details:

     

    REHEARSALS:

    Rehearsals will begin at Thunder River Theatre in the classroom. 

    Rehearsals will start on MONDAY, July 6th at 5:00 PM

    Rehearsals will be Monday-Friday.

      

    TECH REHEARSALS: ALL TECH REHEARSALS ARE MANDATORY

    Sunday August 2nd from 10:00am to 8:00pm - Cue to Cue & First Dress

    Monday August 3rd  - Tuesday August 4th from 5:00 to 9:00pm - Tech and Dress Rehearsals.

     

    PERFORMANCES: 

    Wednesday August 5th at 7:00 pm (call time 5:30 pm)

    Thursday August 6th at 7:00pm (call time 5:30pm)

    Friday August 7th at 7:00 pm (call time 5:30 pm)

    Saturday August 8th at 2:00 pm (call time 12:30 pm)

    Saturday August 8th at 7:00pm (call time 5:30pm)

    Sunday August 9th at 2:00 pm (call time 12:30 pm)

     

  • SOL THEATRE COMPANY WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND

    HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

     

    I, the undersigned participant, am requesting participation in the SoL Theatre Company's Production of Big Fish.

    In consideration of my participation in the production, I hereby waive all claims or causes of action against SoL Theatre Company, its auxiliary organizations, and the officers, directors, employees and agents of all of them, all of which are collectively hereinafter referred to as the "Company” arising out of participation in the camp and hereby release, hold harmless, and discharge the Company from all liability in connection therewith.


    Knowing, understanding, and fully appreciating all possible risks, I hereby expressly,voluntarily, and willingly assume all risks and dangers associated with my child's participation in this production. Some of the risks and dangers are listed below. I understand this list is not exhaustive.


    Common risks include: Travel to and from home and rehearsal & performance
    location, food poisoning, theft, car accident, pedestrian accident, slips, trips and falls, glass or other sharp objects on floor, electrical hazards, other equipment hazards, noise, light (brightness/strobe), fire, harmful substances and contagious illnesses. In addition, I agree to use my personal medical insurance as a primary medical coverage payment if accident or injury occurs.

     

    I also consent to having my image used in promotional and fundraising materials for Sol Theatre Company. I will inform management at Sol if this consent changes for any reason.

     

    I have read this waiver and release and understand the terms used in it and their
    legal significance. This waiver and release is freely and voluntarily given with the
    understanding that right to legal recourse against the Company is knowingly given
    up in return for allowing my participation in the camp. My digital signature on this
    form is intended to bind not only myself but also my successors, heirs,
    representatives, administrators, and assigns.
