  • Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

    We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the service amount. Please cancel by texting us at 515-664-3884 or emailing lovelylocks@ymail.com. The 48-hour policy may be waived upon our discression for extenuating circumstances, however, abuse of this waiver will result in a non-refundable 50% deposit for future appointments. No-shows will incur a 50% appointment fee.

    ***Please do not apply perfume, cologne or essential oils prior to your appointment. I am highly allergic and currently very sensitive. Strong fragrances can make me violently ill. Please ask if there's any question.***
