Catering Service
FunPro Events / JJ’s Twisted Lemonadez agrees to provide catering services as selected by the Client, which may include beverages, specialty lemonades, concessions, snacks, desserts, and related food service items. Service details, menu selections, quantities, and pricing shall be outlined in the event invoice and become part of this Agreement.
PAYMENT TERMS
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total balance is required to secure and reserve the event date.
No reservation is considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Events booked within 7 days of the event date require full payment at the time of booking.
NO REFUND POLICY
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
By signing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Payments made toward the event will not be refunded due to cancellation, postponement, weather conditions, venue issues, low attendance, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, emergencies, or any other reason.
If the Client cancels the event for any reason, all monies paid shall be retained by FunPro Events / JJ’s Twisted Lemonadez as liquidated damages to cover scheduling, preparation, staffing, inventory purchases, and lost business opportunities.
EVENT CHANGES
Any changes to guest count, menu items, service times, or event location must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event. FunPro Events / JJ’s Twisted Lemonadez reserves the right to approve or deny requested changes based on availability and operational requirements.
ACCESS & SETUP
The Client agrees to provide:
Adequate access to the event location.
A safe operating area for setup and service.
Any required permits or venue approvals not specifically provided by the Caterer.
Access to electricity if required for equipment operation.
Delays caused by venue restrictions or lack of access may result in reduced service time without refund.
LIABILITY
FunPro Events / JJ’s Twisted Lemonadez shall not be liable for:
*Weather-related interruptions.
*Acts of God.
*Power outages.
*Venue restrictions.
*Government actions.
*Delays caused by the Client, venue, or third parties.
*Circumstances beyond the Caterer's reasonable control.
The Client agrees to hold harmless and indemnify FunPro Events / JJ’s Twisted Lemonadez from claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from the event, except in cases of proven gross negligence by the Caterer.
FOOD SAFETY
FunPro Events / JJ’s Twisted Lemonadez will prepare and serve products in accordance with applicable health and food safety regulations. The Caterer is not responsible for food or beverages consumed after service has concluded or for products altered, mishandled, or stored improperly by guests or the Client.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
FunPro Events / JJ’s Twisted Lemonadez reserves the right to refuse service to any person exhibiting disruptive, threatening, abusive, or unsafe behavior.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and may only be modified in writing and signed by both parties.

Rental Includes Free:

Rental time begins at the scheduled delivery/set-up time and ends at the scheduled pick-up time.
PRICING & PAYMENT OPTIONS (in example if Rental)
Total Rental Cost: $150.00
Required Deposit: $50.00 (non-refundable) goes into rental If choose to use the deposit option the Remaining Balance will be due at the time of drop off the day of event or if you choose the pay in full option no future payment will be needed All equipment is rented together as a package unless otherwise agreed upon
Catering Services
DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
$50 deposit is to hold the reservation and is (non-refundable) under all circumstances.
Cancellations made for any reason will forfeit the deposit.
The company reserves the right to cancel due to unsafe conditions, misuse, or circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.
DELIVERY & SET-UP
Delivery, set-up, and pick-up are included in the rental price.
Clients must ensure clear access to the event location and provide adequate space, power, and a safe operating environment.
The company is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible locations or unsafe conditions.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Client agrees to: Use equipment only for its intended purpose
Supervise equipment at all times
Keep equipment away from water, weather exposure, and misuse
Not move, modify, or disassemble equipment
DAMAGE, LOSS & CLEANING
Client is responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or excessive cleaning beyond normal use. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the Client if equipment is returned damaged or missing.
LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
Client assumes all responsibility for the use of the rented equipment and agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless FunPro Events from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use or operation of the equipment.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the state of Utah in which the event takes place.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. Any changes must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
