Please complete this form and attach a CV outlining your experience and qualifications, noting that to be eligible for appointment you must address all essential criteria as outlined in the relevant position description.

Successful applicants will be required at all team trials and training sessions (dates below) and will travel with the Rubies Netball Team to the Marie Little Shield in Early September (TBC).

WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECK (WWCC) - MANDATORY IF OLDER THAN 14 YRS

With the exception of SAPOL & AFP Members (as per the Child Safety (Prohibited Persons) Act 2016)

If no WWCC & older than 14 yrs refer to:

to apply and advise Netball SA of the Application Number.

NOTE: A valid and current (within the past 5 years) WWCC is MANDATORY prior to engaging in any activities on behalf of Netball SA.

I am aware of the duties and responsibilities of the position as detailed in the Position Description and understand that I will be required to satisfy the requirements of a Working with Children Check and Disability Services Employment screening. If appointed to a position, I understand the need to liaise with the Netball SA Pre-Elite Competitions and Pathways Manager regarding training schedules and Marie Little OAM Shield travel commitments and that I will be required to sign an agreement form.
