Stallholder Terms and Conditions
APPLICATIONS: Applications will not be accepted without a completed application form and acceptable insurance paperwork. The Fete Committee reserves the right to reject any application. All Stallholders must agree to and abide by all Terms and Conditions at all times. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of your reservation.
PAYMENT: Stall fees are $40 per stall (3x3) $80 per stall (6x3). If the stallholder application is successful, full payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event date. Non-payment by this date may result in the stall being reallocated.

ALLOCATED STALL AREA: Stallholders are to provide and erect their stall structure (marquee) and ensure it is safe and secure at all times. Stall areas are available to set up after 6.30am and must be ready for business by 9.00am. All stallholders must see an allocated event officer prior to setting up. Only one vendor is permitted per stall unless prior arrangements are made with committee officials.
Stallholders must confine their displays and signs to their stall site and keep walk ways clear. Please note that if the stallholder requests a particular position it is not guaranteed.
STALL AREA PACK-UP: Stall areas cannot be dismantled until after 1pm.
WASTE MANAGEMENT /STALL CLEAN UP: It is the stallholders responsibility to remove all waste/rubbish upon completion of the fete. Stall areas must be left in a neat and tidy manner. Appropriate care must be taken at all times to prevent damage to any school property.
VEHICLES: Stallholder vehicles are not permitted on the ground until after 6.30am and must be removed prior to 8.30am. No parking is permitted on the ground at any time unless a committee official grants prior approval. Caution must be exercised at all times when moving your vehicle. Stall holders vehicles are not permitted on the ground until after 1pm.
ITEMS NOT TO BE SOLD AT THE FETE: Stallholders are not permitted to sell the following items: Prepared food, Cakes, Hot Drinks, Cool Drinks, Bottled Water, Knives, Ice Creams, Fairy Floss and Raffle Tickets (unless approved by the P&C Committee).
Any breach will result in a forfeiture of your fee and closure of their stall.
PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE: The P&C is not responsible for any loss or damage to goods or personal injury. Please note that stallholders are responsible for their own Public Liability insurance.
POWER ACCESS: All stall areas are non-powered. If you require power, please contact the Stall Coordinator on lancelinfete@gmail.com to discuss.
STALL HOLDER AREA: Stall holders are positioned under and amongst our trees to the west of the oval. Providing a nice cool shaded area for the most part. Please note you may like to bring flooring for your area as conditions can change through summer but this isnt essential.
CANCELLATIONS: No refund will be given due to cancellation of the fete caused by circumstances beyond the control of the fete committee ie; wet weather. Nor will a refund be issued for stallholder cancellations.
GENERAL: The Lancelin Primarv School 2025 Monster fete is a smoke free event and no dogs are permitted on site.
