No more than 6 entries are allowed per envelope.
Only exception – all dogs within one envelope have the same five digit CPE member ID number.

Move Ups/Downs - Email Trial Secretary to request move ups/downs no later than Monday, March 2nd, 2026.

DAY OF SHOW ENTRIES ACCEPTED from 8:00am - 8:30am on Saturday and Sunday. 

If the limit is reached for any/all day(s) by the closing date, the club will contact CPE to have FULL posted to the CPE events page, for any day(s).

The exhibitor must verify the limit has not yet been reached between the
closing date and first trial date if planning on attending.

If the order needs to be changed for the trial, then the change will be posted in the confirmation letter sent to pre-entered exhibitors at least 7 days before the first trial day. The order will only be changed at the trial in the case of an extreme reason.

NOTE: Height cards with an actual measurement, from another Agility Venue, may now be used in lieu of a measurement at a CPE trial. 

EXERCISE YOUR DOG RESPONSIBLY! PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG AT THE TRIAL SITE AND HOTELS! ALL DOGS MUST BE ON LEASH EXCEPT WHEN IN THE RING OR WARM UP AREA.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION** Crating space is very limited, so please come early and/or be prepared to crate from your car if needed. If you will be crating inside the building, please park around back, if possible, to leave the front spots for those crating from their vehicles. While the building will be open with fans to allow airflow, it is not air-conditioned. Please bring with you anything you need to make both you and your dog(s) comfortable. Please note there are portable toilets on site, but no running water - please bring water!

An ID number is required to enter a CPE trial, pending entries cannot be accepted.

No changes to trial results will be made once the trial has been completed – handlers are responsible for the accuracy of information in their confirmation from the trial secretary (dog’s info, level, height category and/or jump height, etc.), prior to running in a trial, and for reporting any discrepancies of posted results prior to leaving the trial site each day. This also includes if there was a correction to a scribe sheet – the handler must verify that the results were corrected as well.

When team classes are offered: If a Partner is not listed on the form, the club will randomly pair up the teams. If there is an odd number of dogs entered in that class, a dog may be asked to run for no score as a fill in for the odd-numbered dog.

I / we agree that the Host Club holding this trial has the right to refuse entry for cause which the Host Club, in its sole judgment, shall deem to be sufficient. Upon acceptance of this entry, I / we agree to hold (a) Canine Performance Events, Inc., (b) this Host Club, (c) the
owner or lessee of the premises, (d) any sponsors of this event, and each of their members, directors, officers, agents, show secretary, show chairperson, show committee and employees harmless from any claim or loss or injury or expenses (including attorney fees) which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing arising out of or in consequence of my / our participation in the trial or the act of my/our dog, howsoever such injuries or damage may be caused and whether or not the same may have been caused by negligence of the aforementioned parties or any of their employees or agents, or any other persons. I / we further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim or loss of this dog by disappearance, theft,
death or otherwise, and from any claim for damage or injury to the dog,
whether any claim be caused or alleged to be caused by the negligence of the Host Club or any of the parties aforementioned, or by the negligence of any other person, or any other cause or causes.

NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS

• The safety of the dogs is our primary concern. By entering this trial, exhibitors acknowledge that they are familiar with the rules and regulations of this sport, and that their dogs are familiar with and able to perform all obstacles safely.
• Entry fees will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent,
  disqualified, excused, or barred from competition by action of the show committee.
• It is expressly understood that exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dog(s) and / or children. Any exhibitor whose dog(s) and / or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the show committee, be asked to leave the show site. In that case, no refund of any fees paid will be made.
• No entry fee will be refunded if the trial cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, an act of God, public emergency, act of a public enemy, or any other cause beyond the control of the organizing committee.
• Exhibitors are responsible for complete, accurate, and legible
  information on the entry forms: illegible or incomplete entries cannot be entered in the show.
