Each demo is 4 hours total with 3 hours demo time and 1 hour for set up, tear down, and reporting. Travel time should be reported for any time over 15 minutes that it takes to drive to the store. Please report in 15 minute increments. Mileage is reported for any trip over 15 miles from your home location. Approval for travel over 50 miles should be acquired prior to your demo.

Please deduct 30 miles for the round trip first. ++++++++++++ For Example - If you travel 40 miles to your first demo, 20 miles to your second demo and 40 to return home. You will have traveledd 100 total miles and submit 70 miles for reimbursement.
