I am aware that by completing this "Expression of Interest", that I am committing to the entry of the team/s, as well as the entry fee to be paid in full
Each Volunteer MUST hold a current WWC/Blue Card. I understand that it is my responsibility to make sure each person required to hold a WWC/Blue Card, provides a copy to the Club Coordinator/Organiser. it is also a requirement of the Tournament that any nominated volunteer interacting with a child under the age of 18 years must be wearing their WWC/Blue Card at all times. This must be visible to the G10's staff or representatives during the tournament.
All participants under the age of 18 years must have permission to be videoed and/or photographed during the tournament. This can be used, but not limited to, advertising on social media portals, newspaper articles, websites and media releases. If a child does not have permission to be photographed, it is my responsibility to inform G10's who the child is and the team they are playing in. G10's Rugby will not be held accountable, if this information is not provided prior to the tournament.
All Players, Coaches, Trainers and Managers must be registered in RugbyXplorerr. Staff must also be correctly accredited via Rugby Xplorer prior to the commencement of the Tournament.
The Club/School/Region/District teams have obtained the correct and appropriate insurance required. G10's Rugby is a QRU and RA sanctioned event, therefore participants competing in the Tournament are covererd for the duration of the event should they injure themselves. G10's Rugby is not responsible for injuries obtained during trainings or trial matches,
All trial matches MUST be sanctioned by QRU and Rugby Australia. Any trial not sanctioned will result in that team being disqualified from the Tournament.
I acknowledge that there are no dispensations for this tournament and ALL players will play in the correct age group and registered to one team only.
