Team fees are due every Tuesday by 6pm. You are responsible for weekly fees as long as your child participates in a minimum of 1 practice/activity for that week. No payment is due if your child does not participate in any team activities for the week. If your child misses 3 consecutive participation days, their registration may be voided and they’ll forfeit their spot on the team. Lifeline Youth Sports has a zero tolerance policy related to violence and/or bullying of any kind. if your child is involved in any incidence related to bullying or violence while participating in a LIFELINE activity, it may result in their registration being voided and they will be removed from the team indefinitely.
