Please take note of the following:

1. This form is for all exhibitors with a booth who require graphic enhancement for their shell scheme booth.

2. For Exhibitors with additional order, please complete this form and return it on or before Wednesday, 15 April 2026.

3. To ensure timely production of all orders, please order in advance by 15 April 2026 to enjoy early bird rates. Late orders received after deadline are not guaranteed and subject to surcharges if accepted. Standard rates will apply from 16 April 2026 onwards.

4. All graphic enhancement must be ordered through and installed by our Official Stand Contractor, Cityneon Philippines Inc. 

5. Upon submission of form, kindly send your ready artwork file in AI, Vector or EPS format in the stated dimension to sales.org@cityneon.com.ph and sales.corp@cityneon.com.ph.

6. Cancellation of orders must be submitted in writing. Cancellation after the deadline is subject to cancellation charge of 15%. No refund or replacement of orders for any cancellation made after Friday, 15 May 2026.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to order graphic enhancement from the Official Contractor, Cityneon Philippines Inc. 

Should you be bringing in your own graphic enhancement, please note that all posters, double-sided/adhesive tapes, sticking materials must be removed after event and no sticky residue must be left on the wall/panel.

Sticky residues that cannot be removed will be considered as damages and will be charged to exhibitor, sales agent and/or appointed contractor.

Penalty for damaged wall/panel: US$50 per wall/panel
