Official Stand Contractor - Cityneon Philippines Inc. 

Please complete this form and return it on or before Wednesday, 1 April 2026. This form is required prior to entry. 

IMPORTANT NOTE

1. Before a contractor is permitted to start work, the following must be provided to the Official Stand Contactor, Cityneon Philippines Inc:

   • Non-refundable Service Responsibility Fee (SRF) of USD 7.00 per square meter plus 12% VAT
   • Refundable Performance Bond of USD 500.00 (flat rate) - This deposit is to ensure that the rules and regulations are abided by and to cover any damages arising directly or indirectly from any infringement. This is without prejudice to any additional claims Cityneon Philippines Inc may have on your contractor and/or you if the damages exceed the deposit.
   • Signed undertaking to conduct proper schedule of work and observance of the exhibition hall regulations

2. Before an outside contractor / worker is given permission to enter the venue, they must surrender a valid ID and pay a non-fundable Event ID fee of USD 1.00 per ID.

3. The Appointed Contractor will only be allowed to bring in exhibition materials and commence work when payment for SRF, performance bond and Event IDs are received and all workers are holding on to a valid Event ID. 

OVERTIME CHARGES

1. If you require to work beyond the stipulated time, Overtime Charges (OT Charges) per hour per booth will apply.
   
   

2. Payment must be made immediately in cash onsite to proceed with the work.

3. No Pay, No Entry is strictly implemented.
