Applicant Instructions/Guidelines
- This stipend is to be used to support your own salary while you conduct clinical or laboratory research over a 12-month period in a host department and country outside your own department and country.
- You should not apply if you are already, or have previously been, at the host institution.
- Applications close on 30 April 2026.
- You are required to disclose any additional funding requests that have been applied for or granted for this project.
- Receiving additional funding will not preclude you from receiving the Kenneth Warren Fellowship.
- It is expected that you will be able to travel to the host institution within six months of being awarded the grant.
- You and your mentor must be current 2026 members of the IHPBA at the time of application and for the duration of the Fellowship.
- You may apply for IHPBA membership at the time of application; however, your host mentor must have been an active IHPBA member for a minimum of one year prior to the application. If you would like to apply for IHPBA membership, please visit:

- The host mentor must not have served as a Kenneth Warren Mentor within the past 12 months.
- The 2026/2027 Kenneth Warren Fellowships will be awarded on 1 July 2026.
- If you are selected, you must notify IHPBA Management of your acceptance or refusal of the award by 13 July 2026.
