    Early Career Definition

    We define early career as the first six years in a professional role in the offshore renewable energy sector. If your circumstances don’t quite match, please email us. Eligibility can be considered on a case-by-case basis.

    To showcase the breadth of work underway, we encourage all Forum participants to introduce themselves and their work during the speed introductions session.

    Posters

    There is also the option to display a poster about your work. The posters at the Forum and Assembly are academic-style posters typically detailing a research project. Examples from previous years can be explored here. Please note we are unable to display posters that promote business services. 

    We ask you to provide:

    • 1-slide summary to support the speed introductions - by Thursday 16 April, 17.00. Email to supergenorehub@plymouth.ac.uk
    • Optional - bring a printed A1 poster to the Forum. If you intend to bring a poster, please complete the abstract below.

  • Equality, diversity and inclusion survey

  • As part of the Assembly's programme showcasing innovative research, a small number of researchers will be asked to present their work at the Annual Assembly.

  • To express your interest in presenting at the Annual Assembly you must:

    - Provide a 300 word abstract (ensure abstract above is completed)

    Must be received by 20 March 2026.

  • We are collecting EDI information to help the Supergen ORE Hub better understand equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) issues across the sector and within our activities. 

    Participation is voluntary and not part of the registration process. The information will be used solely for monitoring purposes by the Supergen ORE Hub and will not be shared with any organisations outside the Supergen ORE Hub and our funding body, EPSRC.
