Before requesting your Holiday Club sessions, please take a moment to read through our T&C's. This helps us plan effectively and ensure we have the right staffing, resources, and activities in place.
Bookings & Cancellations
- All bookings must be made in advance.
- Holiday Club is suitable for children aged 3–11 years old.
- Each session costs £35.
- Once your booking has been confirmed, you will have a 24-hour cooling-off period in which you may cancel without charge.
- Any cancellations made after this 24-hour period will still be charged in full. (Unfortunately, due to staffing and resource planning, we are unable to offer refunds or credit for cancelled sessions after this time.)
- Invoices for February half term will be issued before hand and payment will be required by 2nd February 2026. Invoices for Easter half term will be issued seperatly and payment will be required by 16th March 2026. Failure to make payment by the agreed date may result in a late payment fee of £20 and risk of cancellation. Please contact us if you have any payment or invoice queries on 01443 229723.
Terms And Conditions
- Bookings are only confirmed upon receiving a booking confirmation email. The 24-hour cooling-off period begins at the time this confirmation is issued.
- If your child is unwell or unable to attend, please inform us as soon as possible. However, please note that refunds cannot be given for sickness or absence.
- We reserve the right to contact parents for immediate collection if a child becomes unwell during a session.
- Parents/carers are responsible for updating any changes to contact information, permissions, or medical needs via the FAMLY app before the holiday club begins.
- All children must be signed in and out by a named adult.
