  • CDHN Organisational Membership Form

  • This form is for community groups, voluntary organisations, charities, social enterprises or community interest companies (VCSE organisations) who wish to become CDHN Organisational members.  To be eligible your organisation must:  

    • Be a constituted group, registered charity or a social enterprise/CIC with a memorandum and articles of association 
    • Be based in Northern Ireland, Ireland, England, Scotland, Wales, the Isle of Man, or the Channel Islands
    • Support CDHN values, mission and vision 

    Every organisation must give the contact details of one person, either a staff member or board member who will act as your organisation's main contact for CDHN organisational membership. 

    If you're not sure whether your organisation is already a member, or who the current contact person is, please email info@cdhn.org.   If your organisation already has a designated contact and you’d like to be more involved in CDHN’s work, you can join as an individual member or supporter.

    Public and private sector organisations are not eligible for organisational membership, however, you can still get involved by becoming a individual member or supporter. Find out more here

  • Is your organisation based in Northern Ireland, Ireland, England, Scotland, Wales, Isle of Man or the Channel Islands?*

  • Only organisations based in Northern Ireland, Ireland, England, Scotland, Wales, Isle of Man or the Channel Islands can become organisational members. If you are based outside of these areas, and want to support us on an individual basis, you can become a CDHN supporter.   Click here to find out more

  • Is your organisation a registered charity, constituted group, or a social enterprise or community interest company (CIC) with a memorandum and articles of association?*

  • Only community groups, voluntary organisations, charities, social enterprises, and CICs (VCSE organisations) can join as organisation members.  Your organisation must have a Constitution, be a registered charity or a social enterprise/CIC with a Memorandum and Articles of Association
