Done With You (DWY): The same design deliverables as our DFY option; The only difference is that you will be responsible for managing the project install. We'll collaborate closely, provide direction and strategy, and support you as you execute our design plan. Do It Yourself (DIY): Ideal for those who want the resources they need to execute a well-designed short-term rental, while working independently at their own pace. We'll provide a clear framework that will help you develop a design plan, set a realistic budget, and execute a beautiful design on your own. One-Time Property Audit: An excellent place to start; We'll do a deep dive on your space and create a detailed assessment of the factors in your property that could impact short-term rental performance, provide a sufficient budget recommendation, and share general design guidance and recommendations.
