Completing the Ready to Learn pre-enrollment application does not guarantee entry into Ready to Learn. It is based on the number of available seats at Pumpkin Delight, Live Oaks, and Orange Ave and in accordance with our School Readiness grant requirements.

There is a required annual tuition fee, the fee is based on the current 1040 tax form that is submitted at the time of pre-enrollment and the state Office of Early Childhood Education sliding scale fee schedule.

Tuition & Payment Information
- The Ready to Learn program is a full-year preschool program funded by the Connecticut Office of Early Childhood Early Start CT Grant.
- Enrollment reflects a commitment to attend for the entire program year. Families are responsible for the full annual tuition even if a child is withdrawn early.
- Annual tuition is determined using household income information from the IRS 1040 form and follows the Connecticut Office of Early Childhood sliding fee scale.
- Tuition is paid in 10 monthly installments.
- Tuition payments are required regardless of absences due to illness, vacation, or other reasons.
- Our program is cash-free. All tuition payments are made online only.
- If online payments are discontinued before the annual tuition obligation is met, families will receive an electronic invoice at the email address on file and must submit payment using an alternate approved method until the balance is paid in full.
