Scholarship Description
The Hull Educational Foundation Scholarship (also known as the Orson A. Hull & Minnie E. Hull Educational Foundation), established in 1963, provides significant financial support—ranging from $2,000 to $4,000 per semester—to graduates of a St. Paul Public Schools high school, who are attending Minnesota State Universities.
Awards may be used for tuition, fees, books, and supplies for up to two semesters, with the goal of fostering educational excellence and supporting student success in Minnesota.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Hull Educational Foundation Scholarship, applicants must:
- Be a graduate of a St. Paul Public Schools high school
- Be attending a Minnesota State University
- Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5
- Be pursuing a four-year degree program with the expectation of completing it
- Use the scholarship funds exclusively for tuition, fees, books, and supplies
- Be eligible for financial assistance for no more than two semesters
