Scholarship Description:

The Barbara J. Penny Community Service Scholarship awards $1,500 scholarships to [X] Minnesota State students who have demonstrated a sustained commitment to community service.

This scholarship recognizes students whose service reflects long-term dedication and supports their continued growth as community leaders.

Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
- Be enrolled at a Minnesota State college or university for at least one semester prior to applying
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale
- Have demonstrated a commitment to community service through volunteer or service activities within their community
Applications that do not meet all the above criteria will not be considered.
