  • Medications

Please read carefully due to changes from previous year's policy.
  • ALL medication sent to camp must be in the original container with the pharmacy label (prescription) or in the original packaging (OTC medication). Indicate all prescription and non-prescription medications, including those given frequently as needed for common ailments.

Prescription medication: The prescription label must match the required dose/frequency/timing of medication. If changes have been made to medication without a new bottle, ensure a proper physician note/letter/discharge summary is provided (dated within 3 months) with details of medication administration. OTC Medication: Must be in original packaging, and dosage must match the direction on the label or a physician's note indicating administration needs to be supplied with the medication.
  • As needed medications:

Please note we will no longer be able to administer over-the-counter medications that are not supplied by the parent/guardian. Therefore, please send your child with any as-needed medications they require for common ailments (headaches, upset stomach, allergies, etc.). Indicate those medications above as well, and the camp nurse will review when to administer them with you prior to or during camper drop off.
  • I understand that it is my responsibility as caregiver to make sure that all instructions are clear and that the necessary dosage is adequately supplied for the duration of camp. I hereby authorize RFK's nurse to administer the above medication from June 15 - 19, 2026. Medications must come in the original prescription bottle with the correct dosage on the label. Be prepared to review the medications and prescriptions with the camp nurses.

  • Please check which of the medications listed below you approve to be administered by Royal Family KIDS Camp nurses/counselors:
