In consideration of the acceptance of my registration for Reading Rangers, I, the parent or legal guardian, do hereby WAIVE, RELEASE, and DISCHARGE Reading Rangers LLC, it’s teachers (Amanda Wilson, Kristen DiCristina, Rebecca Goepp, and Second-Ponce de Leon Baptist Church DBA Community Wellness Center(CWC) from any liability or damage arising directly or indirectly as a result of injuries to my child while attending a Reading Rangers class. I understand that Reading Rangers has taken proper safety measures to aid in the safety of all participants but cannot ensure or guarantee that participants, grounds, and/or activities will be free of accidents or injuries. By entering my name below, I, the parent or legal guardian, am delivering an electronic signature that will have the same effect as an original manual paper signature. Reading Rangers Summer Camp Refund Policy: Prior to June 1, 2026, a refund (minus processing fees) will be returned to you. After June 1, 2026, a refund (minus processing fees) will ONLY be issued if your spot can be filled by another student on the waitlist. After July 1, 2026 there will be no refunds given.
