For group planning, we implement a service retainer of $150.00, which includes:

• Unlimited quotes for the group leader until the package is to their satisfaction
• Negotiation for exclusive perks on the cruise for the group leader.
• Preparation of website and group booking page, which will include ALL information pertaining to the trip.
• Coordination of group excursions/tours.
• Applying guests' deposits/Monthly payments.
• Replying to all guest inquiries via email/telephone.
• Serve as a liaison between guests and the cruiseline before and during travel to ensure a memorable and worry-free experience.
