This form should be completed after you have registered for your camp program and paid the deposit in Camp Doc or gsEvents. Summer camp financial assistance is awarded on a need basis and available for registered members of GSMIDTN for one camp program per camper per summer.

Camp financial assistance approval will be visible in your Camp Doc account within 5 business days of recieving the request and you'll recieve an e-mail regarding your award amount.

All requests for financial assistance are due prior to May 8, 2026

Financial Assistance can be requested for any program happening at Camp Holloway or Camp Sycamore Hills between June 3 and July 31, 2026. This includes day camp (including transportation, if applicable), overnight camp, mini sessions, Me and Mine, and Camp Y’all.
